Akon Doesn’t Know His Own Age??!!

In today’s Entertainment News, rapper/singer Akon claims that he does not know his own age.  Different reports say that he is between the ages of 25 and 35 years old.  In 2006, he himself said that he was 25.

Okay, that is what the news media is saying.  As always, it’s now time for D.H. Glenn to let you know THE WAY IT IS…

Akon, you are definitely a few fries short of a Happy Meal, man!!  You need a serious reality check, and I am about to give it you!

First of all, you’re a grown man (not to mention a celebrity) telling the Associated Press like this!!  Somebody should smack your publicist for even arranging that interview for you!!  Ever since you grabbed that young girl out of the audience at one of your concerts and humped her on stage, I knew something about you was not right.

Now, you know what’s really bothering me about this story?  Akon stated (on the record) that his birth certificate says that he was born on April 16, 1977.  Well, guess what buddy??? Maybe you should pay attention to the one document that certifies your birth — your BIRTH CERTIFICATE!! The odds are that you were born on APRIL 16, 1977!!!!  Of course, that would mean that Akon is 31 — not 27.

Akon goes on to say that “I don’t want to know I’m getting older.  Then I’ll start to think about checkups and insurance.  I don’t want that”.  Well, there is something that both you and Michael Jackson need to get through your thick skulls — neither of you live in Neverland with Peter Pan and the Lost Boys so you need to back away from the fairy dust!!!  Medical insurance and checkups are necessary to keep up with, Akon, and if you haven’t started “thinking” about those things then your list of problems is a whole lot longer than I thought!!

That’s the way it is!!
